1. Open your internet browser from your mobile phone. The same one you use daily
2. Go to Google.com
3. In the Search Bar Type in the phrase highlighted below and hit enter to search

4. Locate the Business 'Business Name' and tap the Business Name
Note: there may be a list of other businesses that you must scroll through to find the target business. IGNORE ALL OTHER BUSINESSES. Scroll down until you see the correct business name
5. TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE BUSINESS YOU FOUND. This will be uploaded at the end of the survey form.
6. Freely browse the profile for at least 3-4 Minutes. Click around, look at the photos, check out the reviews, ask a question about the business
You will be asked questions about the profile later in the survey such as
- What do the photos show you?
- What services does the company provide?
- How many reviews does the listing have?
- Is 'chat available' and does it work?
- Does the 'share' button work? Copy the link!
7. Go back to 'OVERVIEW'
8. In the middle or bottom of the screen tap the 'website' button and freely browse the website for 3-4 minutes. Click around look at the pages and services!
You will be asked questions about the profile later in the survey such as
- Does the Website clearly tell your what services and products they offer?
- Can you describe the services/products that this business offers?
- Do the icons, buttons, and menus on the website work?
- Is the phone number easy to find to call?
- Are their any 'broken elements' on the website?
9. TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE WEBSITE. This will be uploaded at the end of the survey form.
10. Return back to the Google Business profile
note: depending on your device there are several ways to return back but the easiest way is to search for the business again using the same method in steps 1-3.
11. In the middle of the screen tap 'Reviews'
12. Leave the business a review
This a very impactful action; this is totally optional but highly appreciated
Think about a situation you would need their services/products and how your ideal experience with them went. Describe their service.
Hint: If you can mention any one of the key phrases in the review it would be ideal
epoxy flooring, garage floor epoxy, concrete coating, stamped concrete, flake epoxy, metallic epoxy
13. Tap 'See your Reviews' or find your review inside of the reviews tab
